On Sunday 21 June at 9.00 pm (free entry), the “Canta con Dalen” tour arrives at the Castello Volante in Corigliano d’Otranto. This marks a new chapter in the Calabrian artist’s live tour, which has taken him across the country from north to south over the past few months.
The live show unfolds as a musical journey lasting around ninety minutes, featuring unreleased tracks and interactive segments, during which the audience is invited to sing along with the artist to a selection of Italian songs linked to the collaborations that have shaped his career – from Roberto Vecchioni to Cristiano De André, from Brunori Sas to Sud Sound System, via Ron, Alex Britti, Mario Biondi, Nina Zilli and other leading figures on the Italian music scene.
On stage, Dalen alternates between electric and acoustic guitars, a loop station and a drum machine, crafting a direct and visceral rock singer-songwriter style that explores themes such as the South and its contradictions, love, fragility and the need to remain true to oneself. A concert that places the connection with the audience at its heart and transforms every performance into a collective experience woven from storytelling, music and audience participation.
